Really good tea tasting experience! Nirosh is a very nice person with a nice soul and a tea master. Taught us a lot about tea and we’re going home with a completely different view on tea! If you’re in Kandy it’s a worthy experience!
Yes as others say, a hidden gem in Kandy. We stopped by in the evening and enjoyed a formal tasting of four grades of tea (no milk) and two flavoured teas: coconut and cinnamon. Our host was very knowledgeable and helpful, and not pushy at all. One of us then became the “chai walla” and brewed masala chai for us. All very pleasant.
Absolutely wonderful place! A quiet place in the heart of noisy Kadna. The drinks and teas were delicious and the very nice owner explained to us the differences in teas and thanks to him we could see how teas are professionally brewed and tasted. 10/10 I recommend it to anyone who likes different types of teas and mocktails. We bought amazing coconut tea from the owner.
